Page 77 / Illinois Municipal Review / April 1958 MUNICIPAL PROBLEMS' COMMISSION MEETING The first hearing of the Municipal Problems' Commission was held in Centralia on Thursday, March 87. Several statements were made concerning annexation, zoning, planning, home rule, state-municipal cooperation, destruction of old records and disconnection from fire protection districts of area annexed to a municipality.
