YOUNG CHAMPION

The winning form that won her the title of CHAMPION OF THE ILLINOIS ROLLER SKATING DIAPER DIVISION is displayed by Monica Jean Lucas, 6, Collinsville.

Monica is in the first grade at SS. Peter and Paul's Catholic School, but has passed into the second grade when school starts next September.

She is the daughter of City Clerk Vernon Lucas, Collinsville.

Mr. Lucas is equally proud of another daughter, Veronica, who recently won two events and placed second in four others in the competition for pupils of the Bohm Dance Studio, in Edwardsville.
