BROOKFIELD SWIMMING POOL

After three years of civic action and many thousands of man hours donated to the task of creating a thing of beauty and utility for the community, Brookfield is now enjoying its new swimming pool. The money for the swimming pool project was raised by subscription, and the actual cost of the pool is many thousands of dollars more than the $175,000 quoted due to the donation of time in parts of the physical construction of the pool.
