PIZZA PARTY

Bob Weiss, star guard for the Chicago Bulls makes a lof of kids happy when he signed autographs after the pizza party.

The Chicago Ridge Park District basketball program this past year was a huge success with 12 teams participating. Usually a banquet at the end of the season is standard procedure . . . but this year it was different.

A Father and Son Pizza Party was held . . . yes, pizza. It took 65 large pizzas to serve the 180 who attended. In addition to this, two and one half barrels of root beer were served.

The program for the evening, however, was the highlight. Bob Weiss, star guard for the Chicago Bulls, was the guest speaker.

To conclude the program, an autograph session was held with all attending receiving signed autographs of the Bull's star guard, Bob Weiss.
