The Illinois Association of Park Districts hosted a get acquainted breakfast for new and incumbent members of the 80th Illinois General Assembly.
It was well attended by park officials, staff and over 100 state legislators. Lt. Governor Dave O'Neal addressed the gathering. The breakfast gave the legislators an opportunity to find out about the Association and its activities.
