Tour availability Is on a first come first served basis. Cancellations after August 14, 1978 will be subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations after September 14, 1978 will be subject to a $80.00 cancellation fee. There will be no
refunds after October 2, 1978, unless a substitute is found.
