During the past year major strides have been made in the improvement of this important communication medium. Since pictures and articles are not remunerated, the quality of the issues is a direct reflection of the concerns and interest of the member organizations, their staffs and members. Your joint editorial committee created a special committee this year to honor those who made outstanding contributions to the production of the magazine.
