ILLINOIS EMPLOYEE FITNESS DAY

Governor James R. Thompson has designated October 3 as this year's Employee Fitness Day. Local park districts and recreation departments can get involved in helping employers organize fitness events for their employees. Additional information can be obtained by completing the attached form.

Employee Fitness Day is cosponsored by the Governor's Council on Health and Physical Fitness and the Illinois Department of Commerce and Community Affairs. Allstate Insurance Company is the corporate sponsor.
