Leslie T. Allen, City Manager, Decatur was presented the Civic Leadership Award by the Decatur Chamber of Commerce for 1988.

The award plaque states "in recognition of one who accepted the responsibility for shaping the future of Decatur/Macon County, Illinois.

Guest speaker for the occasion was David Brinkley of ABC Network. •
