Alderman Les Kellen

Honoring much loved alderman Les Kellen as he starts his next term that will end with his having served the City for 50 years.

Les is really an amazing man! He donates several hours a day, every day and when he finally does retire he will be sorely missed. To replace him would be absolutely impossible.
