Loves Park City Clerk Lorraine Chaussee has been awarded the Quill Award by the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) at their annual conference held in Salt Lake City, Utah during the week of May 16-22, 1992.

The Quill Award is an Honor Roll designation for Municipal Clerks who have distinguished themselves by making a significant contribution to the IIMC, their state municipal clerks organization, their community and their peers.

Now in its sixth year, the Quill Award program has recognized 48 IIMC members from their membership of 10,000 clerks from throughout the United States, Canada and fifteen foreign countries.

Lorraine has been the elected City Clerk for the City of Loves Park since 1981. •
