Six-year-old Collie McLaurin's concentration is palpable as she prepares to tee off in the Pepsi Little People's Golf Championship held each year in Quincy, Illinois, on five area courses including Quincy Park Districts 27-hole Westview Golf Course. Callie finished fourth in the 2001 tournament and looks forward to her third year of competition this June 17-19. Golf is a family affair for the McLaurin's of Ironton, Missouri. Last year in Quincy her brother, Jordan, 11, finished second in his class while parents, Pom and Cord, caddied for their kids. See related story on page 22.
