COVER/"The walls of unfair labor practices" may come tumbling down if the Illinois Fair Employment Practices Commission continues its efforts against job discrimination especially since the FEPC has new powers. Bloomington-Normal artist, Denny Rogers, drew the cover art for George R. Wendt's article on the FEPC that begins on the next page. Rogers teaches graphic design and illustration at Illinois State University and has his studio in Normal. His artistic competence also includes criminal drawing, book illustrations and designing work with landscape architects.
